Check early.
Check throughout.
Quality is not a single last-minute inspection. It is a sequence of controls connected to the approved product specification.
Pre-production alignment
Approved sample, measurements, bill of materials, artwork placement, labels and packing instructions are aligned before bulk work proceeds.
Incoming material review
Fabric and trims are checked against the approved direction for visible color, handle, basic quality and required quantities.
In-line workmanship checks
Construction, seam quality, measurements and decoration are reviewed while production is active so corrections can happen earlier.
Final inspection & packing
Finished pieces are reviewed for visible defects, size/label accuracy, quantity, folding, polybags and carton identification.
Details that shape customer experience.
Requirements should be defined for the destination market.
Specialized laboratory testing, restricted-substance requirements, performance tests, certification documents or buyer-specific inspection protocols should be agreed before ordering. Availability, cost and scope depend on the product and requested standard.
